內容： In this talk, Professor Chen will address the following questions:

 Why will the hydrogen energy be the driving force for the next industry revolution?
 What are the bottlenecks for the hydrogen economic? Has “the Four Miracles” happened?
 What should be the roadmap for the hydrogen economy?
 What are the opportunities?

At the very end, Professor Chen will raise some operational research questions.
